How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: 23 June 2026

Plain-language summary: Ravenue connects to the platforms you authorize, syncs your business data so you can manage it in one place, and never sells your data. You stay in control of every connection and can disconnect at any time.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ravenue (“Ravenue”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website and services (the “Services”). This is an early-access product; we will update this policy as the Services evolve and will note material changes here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request access or contact us, we collect details such as your name, work email, business name, team size, primary market, and any message you send. If you create an account, we collect account and profile information.

Connected platform data

When you authorize a Connection to an external platform (for example Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, or Google), we access the commerce, marketing, analytics, and accounting data that connection makes available — such as orders, products, inventory, campaigns, and financial figures — in order to provide the Services.

Usage and device data

We collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including building your shared business memory.
  • To sync and present data from the platforms you connect.
  • To respond to your requests, provide support, and communicate about early access.
  • To secure the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your connected business data.

3. How connections and credentials are handled

Connections are authorized through each platform's official authorization flow. We store durable credentials in encrypted form and use them only to access the data needed to provide the Services. We never store plaintext platform tokens. You may disconnect a Connection at any time; where a platform supports it, we revoke or unlink the grant.

4. How we share information

We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting and infrastructure) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; the AI agents you choose to connect over MCP, limited to the data you authorize; and authorities where required by law. We do not share your data for third-party advertising.

5. AI agents and MCP

Ravenue can expose your business data to AI agents you connect through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you connect an agent, you control which data it can access. We are not responsible for how third-party AI providers handle data once you direct it to them; review their policies before connecting.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption of credentials and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. International users

Ravenue is built for teams in Southeast Asia, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections for cross-border transfers.
